Weight Loss & Fitness Update - Week 2

A quick check in to hold myself accountable - down 1/2 lb from last week and 1 1/2 total. This was a pleasant surprise because I thought I felt 10 lbs heavier after cupcakes and ice cream this weekend! But I will take it.

Diet
Trying to log into My Fitness Pal as I have time and being conscious of what I am eating and portion size. 

Fitness
Thursday - spinning, upper body free weights, abs
Friday - 2 mile run
Monday - 1 mile run, Tone & Strength
